Its pretty good, i think you should not make the whole page an image. I assume you slice it up and make the tables in html.

Secondly, i don't understand why the dog picture is there, other than that its a good looking site.

I agree with the previous points...
I like the design, it's nice and clean. The water image could be moved up though, aligned with "Product Spotlight"... there's blank space there.

Also, why is Web Design before Home on the navigation?

On the web design page, I'm not a fan of the image you have with all the words. I see what you're trying to do, but it looks messy.

When you slice this up, I'd also reccomend including roll over behaviors for the navigation on the left side. And make the left side navigation throughout the site in the same style.

Two more suggestions: center the entire site, and make the type on the homepage in the blue box (20 items included...) pure white. It seems to be an off white, and it's hard to read.

You've misspelled "Maintenance". And the portfolio doesn't work (nothing loads when I click the blank square.) It's not a bad-looking site overall, but those two things and the other things mentioned (particularly the domain name) need to be taken care of.

Good design but there are few points i need to say:
If you are going to make a pro site with services on that, buy a domain, dont use free domain unless that is your personal site.
And the navigation is not same on each page and there is no navigation in the gallery page.
