Hey there, just my thoughts:

1)On the first page you don't really need the "Click headings for more details..." you should make the links "look" that they are clickable

2)Think about replacing "TM Trademark of niceHR Limited" with the usuall "copyright © 2005 niceHR Limited" found on most websites

OK big bally things gone.... Boxey thing round logo gone...

Making the headings look clickable sounds like a great idea... (The customer wanted the wording....)

What did you have in mind? I am thinking maybe arrows?? something like >> but done using .jpgs...

The TM statement is a legal requirement to stop people using the trademark niceHR, there is already a copyright on the RHS of the navigation bar...

Good stuff Hagen. You really took the crit well and applied it effectively. The site looks good, any more aesthetic differences are purely down to preference and not essential.

Wooow, well done Hagen. The website has come a long way!

Just one final comment, the colours in my opinion look a bit desaturated (logo and type) maybe you should go with a more saturated colour that would make a greater contrast with the background and make it easier to read.

Thanks siboney, will look into it.... I am trying to keep the colors more "somber"..

Sorry not familiar with the terminology, do you mean a more bluey blue as apposed to the current blackey blue?

Hi hagen,

Saturation is the intensity of a colour, i.e. how much blue there is in it.
However you can achieve a similar effect by darkening the colour, i.e. the lightness of the colour.

Just a few things I don't really like:

The header has curved corners to the left but right angled corners to the right, without a page border or a clear page outline I don't think this looks good on just a plain background.

As I stated above I think the page should have some kind of outline.

The footer bar with the trademark in seems to be smaller and out of align with the header.

Other than that I think your site is a good clear layout and is easy to read and navigate.
