Ive been doing a bit of website feedback for some organisations but I wanted to structure this analysis better. While doing the analysis, Ive often felt that it has been done on a random and individual foundation, rather than based on 'universally' accepted rules and criterias a website should follow.

What Im trying to ask is; Does anyone have a set of questions/criterias I should follow when analysing a website? Sort of 'The ten commandments of web site structure'.

    Thanks, Sturle
