    Well that's different!

You really need a skip movie button though, to take you to the main part.

Are you like applying to Google or something? It's very cool and funky, but make sure that your target audience appreciates that. I think it''s too different for the taste of most HR people.

    Comments:

    1. I agree on having a skip button.
    2. Don't thank yourself at the end of the movie.
    3. Have an option to mute the music.

Wow! That is some serious stuff going on there.
I love the intro, it was very entertaining, but you do need to have the skip intro button for return users.
I agree with what was previously said. I think people get the humor behind the credits, so don't thank yourself.....don't even put that on there.
A lot of people don't like sound, so you need an on/off option (with the skip intro)......and this is because your intro is so long. I'd think about speeding up the credits a little bit and tightening up the other areas of the intro as well.
Once into your main site, you have a lot going on with movement. I don't think you need your "site designed by" to be flash. I'd just have normal text there. People do read it, but not first and you dont' want their eyes taken away from the content.
Also, know that having the flash in your banner bouncing up and down makes them look like links. I'd maybe look for another way to have that come up........maybe have it flash from the right into place. Something that will still draw attention to it, instead of just bouncing around.
Then your nav buttons. With the colors you've used, it is a bit difficult to read. I'd consider a bigger font or more white (instead of the greyish white) or outlining the text in black to distinguish them a bit more.
As far as page content, I'd change your content on your first page a bit too.....or at least look at changing it. You talk about C.V. in your intro and then you go to the home page and have a download of it, but you don't talk about what it is.
Your homepage should ALWAYS have some information on what the site is about and it's purpose. You have nothing on your homepage about what your site is about. Then you have a link to download something that most people won't know what it is.
If it were me, I'd move the news headlines to the righthand side and then put the industry links below it. That opens up the left for your site introduction text.
The consider moving your download below that. Also, the large, long outline border around the download link makes no sense. If you are looking to "seperate" the designed by text at the bottom, consider just a single line. Also, with your site designed by info at the bottom, put your copyright info there as well.......just to protect all your hard work.
Overall, this is some seriously nice work. Now just work on the content issues and you will have a killer site.
    Good luck....
