I'd remove those table borders, and if you're going for a fixed design, i'd suggest centering it.
I agree with both of those points but would add that the box that remains at the top of every page: "who we are" should go if you have left the homepage.

I have fixed it up a bit, more replies would be nice.
I really did try to read your text... but the orange lines that seem to be appearing in my firefox are just too damn distracting.
In other words, please get rid of the orange lines
edit: strange, its fixed itself now. Before it was displaying them in the middle of paragraphs, but its correctly displaying them as underlines now. no need to panic.
a small point: you see those images that say "new", any chance you could change the font. Something like this might do the trick.
