Pretty much all of the headers with stroke outlines are anti-aliased badly or not at all, needs to be fixed.
also the way that the main body of the page dosn't fit with the header and footer is rather strange... and somewhat of a niggling annoyance.
I also think you could do a bit more to spread colour through it (while the red in the headers is good.. it'd be good to have a few coloured bars or something here and there to break up the flow of the text and to make the page itself a little more interesting to the eye).
