1. Update vB to latest version.
2. REMOVE the hulk bubbles! You can seriously get sued over that.
bubbles?
Voice bubbles coming out of Hulk's mouth. It could be said that those mean Hogan himself says those things (in otherwords that he endorses them).
ah.
couldnt i write under them, that hulk hogan himself does not endorse these links??
Perhaps, although the inferrence would still be there. BTW, those images, where do they come from? Just having them could get you in trouble.
I agree with Wired... you're treading on extremely dodgy ground with those Hulk Hogan photos and captions...
Regarding the photos -- Somebody owns the copyright to those photos, and you should ask them for permission to use them before you build your site around them. It is possible that they will agree bearing in mind the nature of your site, but you should be asking the question.
Regarding the captions -- well, regardless of what you put below the images the impression is that Hulk Hogan is the one doing the advertising and almost certainly "Hulk" has all sorts of agreements in place with sponsors as to what he can and cannot advertise; how would you feel if somebody put a photo of you on a website and said "I think .... sells the best generic viagra on the planet - it worked wonders for me" ??!?!
Hulk has not said that Netsender is the best place to host... so you really can't suggest he did, even if you follow with a disclaimer...

Your forum looks great.
But as stated about those photos could get you in serious trouble and if you are asked to remove them you will have to re-design your own site.
If I were you I'd e-mail the owner and offer a link to his/her site in exchange for using their photos.
first off, how would any of you know if i did or did not contact someone prior to use of the images??
You probably would have mentioned it in your post for one thing.
