Calendar site in need of Interface Feedback

We've been working on a custom built events calendar site for a while and would really love some feedback.

After lots of additions, features,revisions, etc. we feel we've sort of lost track of making the site as user friendly as we'd like. Any feedback on how to improve it?

There is a lot of information on the site and we are struggling with how to categorize it and also make it clear to visitors what they are looking at and how to search for other dates/categories/et c.

I'd try to use a scrolling div for the <iframe> on the homepage. For the events page, the days of the week are cut off in Firefox and the events need some padding between them to make them easier to read.

I agree with your points ... we are working on making it fully firefox-friendly and trying to figure out the best way to display the event info on the calendar view. More padding will help and we're also considering using alternating background colors for the events to separate them out and make them eaier to read. Thanks for the feedback.
