    1) Get rid of the welcome graphic, as it's distracting and serves no purpose.

    2) The near invisible text at the bottom of the screen may be considered black hat seo for search engines, I highly suggest making it more visible or removing it all together as it probably won't be indexed anyway.

    3) Always put the most important info at the top of the page.

I think your colour palette could be improved. Ditto deadbird on the welcome graphic. Get rid of the page hit counter. If you want to know this kind of information you can do it without everyone knowing. It best it is ignored, at worst it'll show how few visitors you've had. (Actually, I'm a terrible hippocrit since I have one on one of my own sites - still, at least it's had 160000+ visitors).

    Hope this helps

    Awww thanks
The hit counter keeps resetting itself so it is a complete waste of time.
I'll get amending (humour me awhile longer with the Welcome graphic) )

Why not try www.statcounter.com - they're free and supply loads of traffic info. All you have to do is put a small bit of code onto your page (and you can start your counter from whatever number you like .
