Well I found this site and I cant for the life of me figure out how they did the gray borders on the cells. I know they are images but how do you make them look/display like that around the edges? Heres a link to the site http://hk-stg.net any help or advise would be great. I really want to learn how to do that. Thanks

Assuming you're referring to the rounded corner borders around the boxes, this is accomplished by splitting each table into 9 cells (3x3) and filling each cell with either a background image, an inline image, or in the case of the center cell, the text. To give you a pseudo-code explanation:
    Table Row 1
    • Table Row 1, Column 1: image source = top left corner image
    • Table Row 1, Column 2: background image source = top middle image
    • Table Row 1, Column 3: image source = top right corner image

    Table Row 2
    • Table Row 2, Column 1: background image source = middle left image
    • Table Row 2, Column 2: text portion of table
    • Table Row 2, Column 3: background image source = middle right image

    Table Row 3
    • Table Row 3, Column 1: image source = bottom left corner image
    • Table Row 3, Column 2: background image source = bottom middle image
    • Table Row 3, Column 3: image source = bottom right corner image
