    The layout is pretty good.
    Here are some things I would suggest:
    The left edge of the blue box under "home" should line up with everything else there.
    The whole thing should be centered.
    And finally, I would use a more neutral background. Light grey, or very pale yellow/beige.

    Anyway, those are my suggestions.

    Site design is good. Logo is also good. I think you should also improve layout. I think you should change the position of objects in the body and footer to improve looks and appearance. However, I would also suggest you should align the pages centrally in the browser. You can also improve on the header.
