    Links offer no feedback at all. Try a colour change rollover.

    Code is huge, as is almost always always the case when you use tables for layout.

    Also Image looks a little blurry, Try a higher quality graphic.
    No ma'am, we in IT don't have a sense of humor we're aware of.

    I would align the menu all the way to the right of the design.

    Huge section of trapped white space kinda feels akward IMO.
