That actually looks quite excellent. The only thing I would say is the make the search box a little more visible. It's a little *too* unobtrusive right now.

I'd like to see a footer at the bottom of the page.

Your header font is hard to read. Same thing holds true for the nav links. Same font, same problem. It's as if the kerning is so tight that the letters all run together.

I'd like to see the hover effect on the nav links be red. It would give you the feeling that nothing happens when rolling over the button for the current page.

Just some suggestions. Overall it's a great looking site. I'd say with the addition of the footer with some copyright info and nav links, the site would be almost perfect.

With that said, the site uses tables, CSS, and XHTML. I'd strive to get that code XHTML Strict compliant and utilize the stylesheets for all presentation needs. Looking at your code, it doesn't look like that would take too much work as you've already got the stylesheets built for some of the elements.

Big Scary Trucks? your banner at the top is a nice gentle wave in the ocean. And your nav is a bit out of place. I think your font type should change.
And you have overkilled your site with too many fonts and font sizes. If you are using Verdana, just use Verdana throughout your site, dont use multiple font types.
The orange and blue squigly dividers - Remove them, theres no need for them.
Your main headings in the body on your homepage are different to that of what they are on other pages.. keep them the same throughtout.

Er... I'm going to have to disagree on the multiple fonts thing. While it's always good to not use *too* many, you seem to have just the right variety. Most importantly, you use different fonts for different things, which is what's really good. If you were using different fonts for the same sections, that would be a little weirder.
