I like it when navigation informs you when you hover over it -- i.e., when the image changes somehow.

    Looks pretty good, though.

Congrats on validating. I guess that's a first in a long while.

I like your choice of colors, but I wouldn't go for red colors menu bar at the top because it conflicts with the hosting plans you're offering in the middle. People don't like getting confused at what to click, so you want to make it clear to them that one's a menu bar and one's for hosting plans.

Furthermore, your visitors aren't going to want to know first about you, or your support system, or how to get in touch with you.

They want to know how much it costs, and the middle of your site is where people are going to click first. (Hence there isn't the need to make the menu bar immediately clear- they'll want to find it when they look for it, but nothing more than that).

I would make the footer text so that it fits in one line, rather than wrapping around. That would involve removing a link or two or shortening some of the copyright text.

I might use a telephone rather than a wrench for "live support". You want it to be clearer that they have such an option available to them.

In any case, great job. At last a website that might succeed!

Lol... Do you review websites for a living and not see much of this?

Most every site you will see up for a review won't validate. Most people either don't know about the service, don't care or don't know what it's for.

That's where I differentiate between conscientious coders and just run-of-the mill developers. After all, w3csites.com is testament to diligence and dedication.

I hesitate to lump people into conscientious or non-coscientious groups just because they haven't run their site through a validator. It's a different matter when they refuse to, mind you. But some people only have so much time, and you can't expect perfection out of anyone ;-)
