    It is an attractive redesign.

    The highlighted sections of the first part are a bold grey whereas they are a bold black on the subsequent sections. I do like how every section is labeled, though I think the titles could be more inspired. By that I mean, what's REALLY the difference between "What's new" and "What's happening."

    Nested tables and internal styles are bad.

    The label says "What's News". That is for news content. The What's Happening is for forums posts and other community-generated content.
