I would move the blue table containing the nav and the rest of the body to the top of the page. If you have to have the advertising banners on your page move them over to the right or the left side because you want your site's information to be the first thing people view when they visit your site. Resize the blue table so everything follows the same pattern, set the table's border as "0", add some rollover to the nav and make the background color lighter.
try that and I'm sure it'll look good. Hope you find this feedback useful

Well ... blue links on a dark - what is this? purple? - background is not the best way to about it.

I've had the site open for about 1 minute on that index page and I STILL don't know what the h#ck is goog6!??!?! I should know this in the fist 10 seconds of viewing a page.

The default blue/purple borders on the menu makes it's very ... well ... "default-ish"

The third menu item "User Videos" is hard to figure out since it's bigger than the bubble.

i agree with karinne, why not surround the content in a container maybe with a light colored background. this will make it far more readable.

you need more padding/margins on your <p> tags. the text is too close to the border.

button and general look of the site is dated
