Hi People, this is a quick low cost site...

I would love to know what you think, particularly does the content make sense??

    Hi Hagen,

I dont like the pictures much, especially the bottom one, that guy looks bored stupid. the other 2 just give the impression of a dull office meeting, again not very appealing.

All of the content seems to make sense but the site just doesnt look appealing to me.

How about using some pictures of attractive girls in call centers, you could use different pictures on the different pages too.

however for a low cost site itd probably do, depends how low low cost is.

Thanks for the inputs, yes I agree I will push for some other pictures... I think that the owner wants genuine pics, and maybe doesnt want to bug people during the seminar, so with time things should get better...

Cost = 154, including setting up OE... so there isnt much scope... :-)

Cheers for the comments... keep em comming!! -Hagen

Well, i dont know about everyone else but i charge a lot less than that, perhaps i'm selling myself short?

Anyway, back to the site, on the whole, its a little drab and dull, although i imagine that tele-business training is rather dull too! the main problem for me is all of the images, they ruin the whole site, including that logo image in the top left, that should go and that bit of blue tiled squares on the bottom right.

    best of luck

It looks like they got what they paid for, to be blunt. The logo is blah, and the lines going through the nav text look akward. I agree about the man in the bottom picture looking bored to tears.

I agree with the lot of it, to be honest. The logo is uninspiring, and I find the blue square background to be a bit, erm, not good.

The navigation would look better if the lines went below the links, not through them.

Content wise it's all fine. Everything's clear, the navigation is clear and descriptive. Don't think there's much fault for that.

The layout looks okay overall, but not brilliant. For a low cost I guess it's rather appropriate. I assume it's for a sort of presentation, not a proper website jobby?

Actaully I quite like the logo, but I didn't design it... It buggs the hell out of me that the punctuation is wrong... :-)

I will do something about the lines thought the navigation links...

Cheers, keep those comments comming -H

Please don't think that my comment "It looks like they got what they paid for" is a slam of your work. I have seen your other sites, and know that you do good work.

PS - Why did you choose to use PHP for that site?

Hi Chris, not at all, I get a lot out of posting my sites on here and always keep a positive attitude! So thanks to you all for your comments...

I used php because I didn't want to use frames to build the site and I wanted to base the whole design on one modified page to save work...

It also has a content management system based on tinymce and my own hand coded interfaces...

    Cheers
