You have way too much on the homepage. It's just packed! You should use that page to introduce the company and give us a really good impression, and then from there you can branch out to other pages that contain stuff we don't need or want to see right away.

Moving away from the main page gives you a completely different page layout. Why change it? It's confusing. It lends no unity to the site.

I'm seeing default blue links on the About Us > Overview page.

While your site displays fine with the code that you used, it's still outdated. XHTML and CSS are the way to go these days. Any professionals can benefit from learning them, and they're very simple.

OOPS has a certain connotation in colloquial English you may not be aware of.

I have to agree, there are too many fragmentary blurbs and no coherent message. You have to develop a unique selling proposition to position yourself against other Indian outsourcers, and upstart Chinese outsourcers. For example, you could explain how your approach to human factors actually produces more software users can be more productive with.

Show screenshots, explain the screenshot and in so doing your unique approach to software development. It's not enough for the thing to compile, not matter what the code costs. Show you understand people have to use the application/website/etc and you will be on your way.
