    I like the use of the teal/blue/whatever in the header, but not everywhere else. It makes the site look too blocky and draws attention away from the content.

    If you really are live with this design, you need to clean up the verbage immediately. For example, this is incredibly bad and would make me leave the site immediately:
    How did u find us?
    Not just because of the spelling, but because any web administrator can easily track the origin of his visitors. There's also a lot of multiple exclamation marks; just use one, and only when appropriate.

    would agree about the 'find us' thang but i do like the color choice. good use of space but i would think the nav bar at the top may look better if the links spread right across it.

    other than that i like it

    I like the colors too, very relaxing. Your grammar needs some attention (use Cape Cod, Massachusetts, rather than cape cod massachusetts). I would also make the nav elements a uniform width, and use that entire bar across the top.

    It's very templaty ... nothing wrong with that of course but I feel like I've seen that design a hundred times on business site.

    There's a weird line at the very top beside the headers when the browser is wider than the site res. See attachment.
