It looks good to me on 1024x768. The only thing are the fonts look a little blurry on the header and side navigation windows.

Looks good, but it's a bit too wide. try to work it out so that it's either fixed at 780 pixels (or less) wide, or so that it scales to fit the resolution of a user's screen.

bit wide? why? what happens, and what res did you try at? does it just fully expand and look wrong at more than 1024x768? or do you mean you have scoll when your at 800x600. it doesnt all juust squash together @ 800x600 does it?

nice, I like what you've started with.

    Some things>

1)Shrink up that banner at the top.. maybe make the computer and blank orange area a lot smaller... fromw hat it looks like you're going to want a lot of content so space is at a minimum.

    2) The side bars are wider than the banner at 1184x864 moz 1.0.2 (see attachment)

    3) Maybe try some simple mouseovers.

I agree with whats been said here. The site is a box, but it doesn't line up. Sizing it down a little and lining everything up would be a big improvement.

And mouseovers too. I love mouseovers
