I have 2 concerns with your site, well perhaps 3.

The first relates to the following quote.
focusing on creating a creative search engine friendly site that will attract customers
You must be careful when using the word creative. In my opinion your site isn't very creative. The graphics are simple and the site is not unique or particuarly attractive.

The second and third concerns relate to your portfolio.

This relates to firefox, both of these sites are unusable in firefox. You also have a display issue on your homepage with firefox. I think its wrong to offer paid services if cannot cater for cross browser compatibility. Many people looking for a website are not aware of the differences between browsers and could easily get a site that many web users cannot use.

For this reason i thinks its imperitive that you work on your webdesign skills before you start charging people $600+ a project.

Get Firefox, use it to test your sites. To be honest, I didn't see anything on your site that would make me want to pay $600, or more, for a site from you.
