Erm, I guess it's ok. The colors are a bit hard on the eyes though... and it failed test #2 of homepages: that viewers must know what the site's about in 4 seconds. I still can't figure out what it is. Greenpeace, art... orange background?
Mm... maybe soften up your colors a bit. And, ah, tables and frames... not exactly the way to go now. What if somebody likes a page in your site and bookmarks it? He'll probably just get the menu or content area...

Hmm. yeah i would definitely work on the explanation to the user about who you are (if it's about you), or what (if the site is an entity of itself). At least somehting simple would suffice, liek a tagline or a mission statement.

i dont mean to be rude, but this is very out dated, in both appearance and scripting, bright colours contrasted against black is definately a no-go, try a subtle more easy on the eyes approach.
scrap the "photography banner exchange" bit, that makes it look worse.
content wise though, you cannot be faulted!

I really dislike the colors, and the transparent background on the large bordered table looks like it was pulls right out of FrontPage. I also have to agree with Steax about the purpose of the site not being very clear. The illogical and incorrect capitalization in the menu looks bad, and the navigation isn't the best either (having PHOTOs and Asia PHOTOs is weird, since everything in the first category should be included in the latter).
