Hello I am new on the site, but would like some feedback on a new site I have recently completed. I spent a long time doing html websites, but over the past year I have been practicing css, and I have loads of fun trying different things.
Please let me know how I am doing, and any tips to help improve.
    Thanks
    Paul

    Cool site. A couple things:

-I'm not really sure what the site is about. Will it be a web design community, gallery, blog?

    - The image in the paragraph of text that encourages new users is a little weird, as it looks exactly the same as the header graphic. Maybe differentiate it a bit.

    - The miscellaneous drawings/designs that are nested in your content (theres one with cat-like eyes, another that says 'Loading please wait') dont seem to mean much, nad I'm a little confused as to why they're there. Maybe include a caption with them, or something.

-Overall the site is very vanilla, maybe take some of those cool pics and somewhow integrate them and their colors into the layout.

Needs some work, but a good start.

    Hi,

I agree with slyders comment about the image at the top looking too much like the header, you should change that.

a couple of little things I noticed:

in the resources links on the right, I donít like the way the 'all graphic design' link is on two lines. Id probably remove the word 'all'

also these links are to external sites so i would have them opening in separate windows instead of the main one.

Very good points there, and thanks for commenting.
I will get there in the end.
    Cheers
