New layout - PsiOnline.org

I"ve been working at this new layout for a while, and I'm positive that it has a few bugs and quirks, but those are being slowly worked out as they are found. I posted in another area of the forum about the page not displaying properly in Safari.

But I'd just like some general comments, both good and bad.

Overall, the site looks good, but I would change a few things:

1.) I don't like the 'Info' box with the 1px green border.
2.) I don't like the black bar above 'Recent News' - it's too harsh for your color scheme
3.) The footer doesn't perfectly line up with the rest of the content (this may be intentional, but I think it looks funny)
4.) The XHTML is not valid. I received 2 errors on the home page and 26 errors on your 'Policies and Procedures' page.

Here are the things I do like:

1.) The design is very clean and easy to navigate
2.) The entrance page is very appealing
