    Hi Jonathan,
i am no pro wed designer but i think your page is awsome, i love the banner colors and there contrast to the black.
a few thing i noticed are:
the logo in the top right is a bit hard to read without knowing what the name of the site is, i could not work out what it said untill i looked at the page link and had seen the www.endpixel up there.
do you plan to fix the page width?
i am using firefox and my monitor is 1024 wide and i need to scroll a lot to the right to see the hole page.

That's a pretty nice site ... however ... I would lose the bold. It's really hurting my eyes with my monitor.

Is this just a blog tho? or are you using as a portfolio?

To me ... this just looks like a blog first and a portfolio second. Am I right?

I agree with Karinne, you can't tell if it is blog or a portfolio to represent your work.
I do think the site is pretty decent looking, but I think you need to spell out what you want the site to represent.

To be honest, nobody cares that you got the site up and running on the 23rd and then on the 24th you did some more stuff and have a few tweaks......etc, etc, etc.

Your home page should always be an idea of what your site is about. It should have an expectation for viewers. You don't set that expectation. Instead you talk about the site changes and only the site changes.
There is no information for the viewer to even understand what the site is about or more importantly, why they should look through your site.

Yes, I know the "about page" does give that information, but the home page should also have a brief explanation of what to expect.

For the other stuff. Clean, simple layout.......good job. Easy to nav.......good job as well.

Welcome back to web design! Good luck.....

i'm not very keen on the color scheme. the bold red on hover for the nav is too much. dull it down to the red used in the context. the black bg and white text doesn't help readbility either.

the site is well presented in layout, but i would scrap all the dates. does seem like a blog.

I'm not keen on your logo either, seems scrappy. I would prefer a more pro and clean logo. Keeping it simple on that header bg would be far better.

also on a couple of pages there is a bunch of white at the bottom.

apply black to your body bg and that should fix it.

First of all thanks to everyone who took the time to view my site and leave some comments. Ill be sure to take every piece of advice into consideration. The two main things i need to fix are the width of the site along with the main page. I think its unanymouse that everyone feels my site is more of a blog and that is totally not the message i am trying to convey with it.

As far as my color scheme and graphics i am pretty much set on those. However i am going to be changing the banner a bit and also the hover color of the links. This is really just a rough draft of what my site will look like. Im a bit rusty but be sure to check back as im sure everyone will enjoy the future look of this site.

    Thanks!
