First off, where the heck are all of the rollovers? Second, what is with that white line down the middle of the banner? It looks wierd since it cuts the plant pic in two. Also, there is a short line to the right of the banner, that looks to serve no purpose, is it supposed to be there?
Other than that, it looks pretty nice.

I'm confused with Login / Register / Dealer Login / Forgot Password. You don't have a separator between Regsiter and Dealer login, kinda confusing.
Also, try to avoid using "CLICK HERE" especially in caps.Note on code: If I give code, please note that it is simply sample code to demonstrate an effect. I really like this site. Very clean, and you keep it consistent.
A couple of suggestions: lose the white line in the photo. put a line between signup and dealer login at the top.
