Hello, I am fairly new at grahpic design, and I am making a professional, clean, modern(web 2.0) web layout for my company.
Please look at it, and tell me what you think, what I can do to make it better, and how to do those things! Thanks.
Note: This is only a concept image...This is NOT coded...(I wish..)
    Thanks again!

I don't really get that this is 2.0 any way. ....including the logo.

Well... It needs a bit more space. It's probably lacking that space because there's currently no content. So if nothing else, add some lorem ipsum to fill some space so we can see what it looks like when there's stuff there.

It does look modern, though it's not quite what people think when they say `Web 2.0'. But then Web 2.0 is an annoying moniker for an arbitrary set of design ideas, so it's not like that's actually a problem.

While following web 2.0 standards, i've learned tht things have changed now and the Internet has become more than a place to shop, find information, map directions, or check email. The Internet has become a place for participation and gathering.

while i was searching more details, i found a kewl discussion about web 2.0 which may be useful for the new guys.. link :

There really is no way to make a site "web 2.0". It is a state of mind, not a state of being. Keep in mind that while participation is important, content is still key. You still need good, unique, and quality content to even start any participation. People don't come to a party without any activities going on.

Btw, I can't access your page.

Well I like where the concept is going. It is always best to design with content if you can, and if not, lorem ipsum is your next best alternative. The colors look ok, and I think if you spent a little more time it would look good. - Ramblings of an amateur web designer - An online community for the positively childfree
