Here's a new site I did. It has 3 sub sites inside for each type of client for them.

    For Weddings:
    http://www.dancejock.com/weddingcatalogindex.php

For Youth Events (bar/bat mitzvahs, sweet 16's , Proms)
    http://www.dancejock.com/youthcatalogindex.php

    For Corporate Events:
    http://www.dancejock.com/corporatecatalogindex.php

    Please give me your critique.

    Thanks for checking it out!

First impression: It makes me nostalgic for animated blinking gifs and spinning logos of 1990s web design ...but not in a good way.

There are countless problems, but let's focus in on the flashing pictures covering the controls for the player. The text panel is set in a small size and the phone number just blends right in.

Nothing makes me want to click on the sub sites. It's hard to tell there are sub sites.

I would suggest a Flash header, three columns of text, and text about each venue. And makes the top site neutral. Have each column subtly reflect and introduce the style of the very different destination page the user is going to. So creame goes to weddings, purple to corporate, etc.

Really I get the impression you do weddings. And that's it. I don't know that any of these pictures came from one of your events, there are no testimonials, and so on. There is something to turn off each of the three target audiences -- and going from the top page to any of the subs make me feel like I left the site -- there is no visual or style consistency.

Web sites that try "schock and awe" think they are transmitting the energy and vitality. On the user side, it transmits desperation of the carnival barker type infomercial salesman. It doesn't matter if the guy is yelling about ginsu knives or how cool he is.

The site is like if game shows went hip hop. Try to be more like one of the better band sites ...not like all the worst band sites at the same time.
