Looks pretty good. A few things:

    1) Don't really dig the banner image, especially the reflection. Reflections are usually sharp to give the impression of a clean tabletop.

    2) Are you use about the domain? Why not get a real website?

    3) Use proper heading and paragraph elements.. don't use <font>!
Note on code: If I give code, please note that it is simply sample code to demonstrate an effect. It is not meant to be used as-is; that is the programmer's job. I am not responsible to give you support or be held liable for anything that happens when using my code.

I expected it to be a lot better than it is. It isn't terrible, just not great, especially for a web design/Photoshop tutorial site. Like Steax said, the reflection should be sharper, and closer to the logo. There is only one tab for the navigation which looks terrible when there aren't tabs for the other nav links, and there is no rollover for the tab that you do have. The HTML tutorial is outdated (still teaches ).

Oh yea, and if you are serious about this site, get a real .com domain, and real hosting.

    Good Luck!

I love the design, I think it looks really nice... Although, I have to admit I was a little disappointed because I thought that the website would have more of a pixel-ey theme - pixel fonts, pixel graphics... pixel icons... etc., because of the name 'pixelweb'.

I agree with raspberryh, good, but not what I expected from the name.
I'd also like to echo the comment about the tabs, you don't have to make them rollover, but you should have more than one. Also, active tabs should change, not like a rollover, but if it's the tab for the page your on it should be different than the others, if you get my meaning.
Other than that, needs content, keep working!
