About LinkBacksAlright guys this is my first post here so go easy on me
So this is a screen shot of a current template I am designing for an E-sports team. I would like your opinions on this design and also on what sort level would you put me as webdesigner (beginner, novice, inter., pro, ub0r skilled etc...). Note that obviously all the content boxes would be filled with text, graphics and all that jazz.

This forum is generally used for site reviews no for incomplete layout reviews.
