    Hey everyone,
I've redesigned a website for my neighbor. She sells capes and cloaks.
The old site can be seen at http://home.comcast.net/~mrs_shay/
The site i made can be seen (homepage only) here http://www.shanedizzle.com/capecollection/
I was wondering if i made it look much better, and i need opinions on the colors and the menu also. I don't like the menu at all but I cannot think of anything else.
    Thanks.

lol if that's not called better I don't know what is
Anyway, the site is very nice overall...for the navigation menu on the left, you could probably move the text to the right a space or two (try to...), and the nav menu on the top is not bad at all. Maybe you should make it one line, but have the sublinks in a rollover menu from the top menu? It's kind of awkward having two layers. Wonderful improvement though

Great job, how ever considering what you were given, theres no other way to go but up.. =]

1st. The navigation in my opinion is a bit bulky while the text is a tad to small. Always to to keep the same margins that you have on the top link, and incorporate that width from the distance on the left. Not exactly sure how to explain that because I know that makes no sense. For example. The H from Home, should have the same distance from the line, as it does from the top line.

The only other idea I have is not having the background so dark. Lighten it up so the information you want pops out. and the background isn't so noticable.

    It's good though, Great job.
