About LinkBacksGuys just put this together and I want some feedback on the Header.... can't come up with anything interesting... everything just looks wierd...

Maybe you should get rid of the shadow in the background? I don't really see what's wrong...
Of the three attached, try to get #2, 3 to have the link a little more pronounced. Of those, I would go for #3, but that's only my personal preference.
Yes, the white is a little plain

The first header. Is good how ever I would recomend a gradient in the background, bluish on the top and fade into white on the bottom. The 2nd is my lease favorite. 3rd is really great, how ever I would take the contrast you have on the females on the first and 2nd, and implement it into the 3rd banner. Maybe add some greens, or yellows to compliment with the blue.

2nd and 4th.
Definitely change the color of the "Weclearacne.com" in the header. It is impossible to read accurately in any of the new designs.

Definitely getting better. 2nd and 4th are the best. I would suggest adding a tad of yellow in the blues. as for the "we clear your skin" I would recommend using a small bevel/emboss... feathered so its not so hard, just a slight bevel.

Last, I don't know if the url is supposed to be apparent and visible to the user. If it is, I can barely see it, and thats because I have an nVidia GeForce 8500 GT Graphics card, with a compatible monitor to back it up... So.
Other than that, it's good. Better than when you first started off.
