I've been looking into doing some freelance Web Design work in my free time and have come up with the follow design.
Would be good to get some eyes to look at it other than mine, let me know what you guys think might need tweaking/changing etc

This is a very good job, really! I liked everything: the color scheme, your nice portfolio and the way you present it! There is nothing annoying on your website, not too wordy and not muddled up with pictures and images. To cut it short it's really very professional.

Looks good to me, but what confuses me is what if you're just starting out in web design how did you get such an impressive portfolio already?

Be careful... they might claim intellectual property rights and then it all gets very messy.

When I left the company I was working for up until a couple of years ago I basically abandoned the work I'd done there in terms of portfolio... would have been too complex sorting out the legal implications of "who owns what" or "what can one claim to have done".

If it's easier for you, then that's great... but otherwise, be wary.

Nice site, as others have said its simple but effective. The only thing I can think of is the text size. It is on the small side and some people may find it hard to read and without allowing people to increase text size you may stop some people from reading your copy.

I think the layout is very impressive, but it needs a little pizazz. Perhaps if you took a screenshot of one of your portfolio projects and scaled / rotated it to fit in the computer monitor in the header?

    Hi,
Cool site well done. The colours work well and the site is informative.
It would be nice if you add links to the websites in your portfolio?

    regards
