Not a bad start, here are a few comments:

    1. This design scrolls horizontally on an 800x600 resolution. You may want to try to fix that.

    2. The text on your buttons is hard to read, because it's dark colored text on a dark colored background.

    3. The white border you have around your content is a little thick, making it unsightly. Triming down the thickness would be an improvement.

    4. I noticed you have onClick events for your buttons (they appear pressed when clicked) which is cool, but my opinion is that mouseovers are more important. You don't have to take out your onClick events, but adding mouseovers would be cool.

There's some feedback to get you started. Good luck

    Good start.

    1) Make the boarder thinner that is around your text in the middle.

And the "select information fron the left.. is not really needed IMO. And if you keep it, dont make the box around it so thick. And on a 800x600 resolution the box around the text isnt closed, it is just opend on the right end.

And yes, make a OnMouseover effect to your buttons.

    nice start though.

    EDIT

Also, for your contact, when you click it, for the "to:" box it does not say your email, it says "Second Skin."

And not all people have outlook express, so I sugest using something server side such as www.formbuddy.com where you can have it email directly to you or to their server where you can check all your mail that is sent to you form your site. I use it on my site.. and it works great

thanks man. Now i just wanna clarify,

2 Where you talking about the lefthand buttons with black words and red text?

4 Do you know how i can add a mouseover to the flash buttons that dreamweaver has in stock?

Do either of you know how to make it shrink when viewed in smaller resolution? and i would use a form like that, i got mine from bravenet.con, but the site isn't for me. My friend is buying it and wanted the cantact as an emai.

Anyway, thanks for the feedback, im gonna change some stuff now. Ill post again when im finished.

Your buttons that say "products", "prices", "installation" etc are hard to read: black text on a dark red bg.

As for making it fit on an 800x600 res, make sure that the total page width is less than 780 pixels wide (to allow for the scroll bar).

Yeah i gree with slufdaddy, the width of the content is too wide for 800x600(if you intend to make for it), narrow it a bit if possible.

I don't really like it, to be totally honest. The colours aren't the best (particularly the dark text on the dark background) and I find it rather difficult to read. The border, as mentioned, is too thick (1 px is just fine) and the text on 1024x768 tends to butt up against it. My recommendation for that is to put a nested table in each table cell with cellpadding set to at least 3 to keep that from happening.

I don't like the red very much overall. It's too...well, red. I'd suggest putting the text in dark on a light grey background and then using a light blue or something for the menu section. The problem with red, I find, is that it's one of those colours that's best used to highlight or accent small portions of a graphic or site due to the vivid nature of the colour. It's not really that good a colour for the entire side of a site though.

ok, thanks for all the feedback. Ive tweeked it around a bit, but i'm setting it to the side. The guy i'm offereing it to isn't sure he will use my site, so rather than pour a whole bunch into it and then decide to drop it i'm gonna wait.

It's very simple. Also, the red is to red, I mean , can't you make it darker? The overall quality of the desing is poor, the fade into the background in the header is very bad created and overall the layout is very empty. It looks like a standard frontpage 2000 layout. I'm sorry but you really should improve this one. And make a better quality layout.
