I am runing two Iframes, one which is my navagation, another that displays the content. The lower one (content) I want to have change to a page that I select, when the page changes focus.
now, I have tryed this lame javascript that didnt work for a crap and I would assume that I can do it with a meta tag but am to involved with the problem to see the solution.

    Ahh!! twice the evil!

Actually I tried looking at your site and just got way too confused.... I'd suggest NOT using iframes at all costs... they're bad. Also something that changes on blur seems like it'd be more of a hassle than anything.... I dunno =/

lol, the intro is timed refreshes ... I know I need to adjust the timings. it is a personal growth site, I am shooting for something harder to write but once all done would just look tight!
and if view in netscape the trans effects, for some reason netscape / mozilla dont find it nessasairy to make their browser to all the code out there which I just find rather odd, well actualy out right stupid.
Filburt 1 knows that I like making really odd sites

Oh, by the way, Mozilla conforms to w3c standards much better than IE... I have NEVER had problems getting code to work in moz, while the same cannot be said about IE. I'd suggest starting again.. =/
