What do you think of this design the site is for a new review/guide website and I want to know what you guys think of it and any improvements I could have to it as well as placement and position of a logo.

    Thanks

I like it. I think it is really attractive. The whoite and black is attractive in the design without detracting from the text and images of the review. I like the placement of the RSS tag.

I always think its better f the designer says what they are trying to achieve with the design.

What I see is a start. The right column is terribly bland, I also feel you could do a lot more with the title of each entry. A bit more work and this can come good.

    Thanks for your input guys.

The logo was going to be Link to logo here

But it doesn't suite that design. What would you recommend to give more flourish to the right hand bar. I want to be functional as a website but easy for the reader to view what content is there.

Anymore suggestions will be highly cherished.

For the side bar I would give it title at the top which would be a graphic. I would also shorten the side bar to fit the content instead of going all the way down the screen. Furthermore I would create some more interesting links, perhaps even going as far as creating some custom buttons for it. Just a bit of eye candy to spruce it up.

As for the logo you could move the categories to the right hand side then have the logo sitting in the top left corner slightly over lapping the content. You may need to tweak the colors though.

Hey, definitely an improvement, the only problem I see is the logo. It almost works, for me it just needs to be moved around a little to see how it work best.
