    All comments welcome and appreciated.

The background is a tad bit distracting, and it doesn't go very well with the color of your header. On firefox, the alinment is a little off in the "your computer" page.

Also, its hard to tell what the title of the site is. There is a signature-like thing at the top, but its hard to tell what your name is. The entire page is also a little off-center. I don't mean to be very critical, just pointing little things out.

Do you use layers? What resolution are you?

Yes, the background is very distracting, the site cannot display correctly in minimized mode, the text is nearly unreadable in minimize (the nav menu), the banner is off center, and there are multiple spelling and grammatical errors in your content.
I find it hard to believe that you know CSS and all those languages proficiently. I also think that your portfolio is worse than the Custom Computer Services site in your web design examples.

This site seriously needs some reconsideration with design elements and color usage.

Seriously? Erm, scrap it and start over. The logo (if you can call it that) is rather unreadable. The layout is totally broken, there are spelling and grammar mistakes everywhere. Wouldn't inspire me to email you to build something for me.

I know that you can do better than this!

I agree with chris, both the navigation and logo are unreadable. I'm also not very fond of the pink. Perhaps a do over might be a good idea.

Ok lots of changes, ok a whole redesign.

What do you guys think now, tell me of the colors dont work. I just type 6 random numbers into the scheme generator http://design.geckotribe.com/colorwheel/
and went with the three i liked.
    Regards Phil,

Looks better than the last, but the nav links are hard to read when you hover over them and look akward when the text is green, but the underline/border is white. Also, that blue font is a bit hard to read on the brown. I have never been a huge fan of that font for a logo/header. I still don't get why you have your PC specs listed.

bad design. font for logo is very poor. try something more modern (dafont.com), the colors could match but the way you have used them is really bad. terrible contrast on fonts to read. the patten on the nav is very dated.

sorry for the bad review but it looks bad, ui'd say start over. check cssmania.com for a bit inspiration
