    I have recently designed a website. The content is still a bit dull and boring. But please comment on improving the graphical look and feel of the website.

    What should I change?

    The site doesn't validate. Its important to validate to ensure good performance on all browsers.

    Also, It's too flashy for my tastes, and the top navigation is broken in IE7, but the design is good. Watch out for all of those animations, they have a tendency to slow down older machines and sometimes will cause their browser to crash.

    Being very picky now:

    In the side navigation, the headers don't need to animate on mouse over, since they don't link anywhere. The top header navigation no hover text doesn't contrast with the background, making it hard to read.

    Thanks for the feed back, I will look into the validation.

    Thanks for the warning about the animations, and will keep it in mind next time.

    I will change the navigaion titles as well, think it is a good idea.

    Do you have any suggentions for the header navigation?

    On Internet Explorer 7, the top navigation bar is still very broken, and the text is quite small, especially at the top.

    Also, instead of using javascript to determine the style sheet, use conditionals.

    See http://www.quirksmode.org/css/condcom.html for more information. Basically, it's the following structure:

    <!--[if IE 7]>
    IE 7 stuff goes here.
    <![endif]-->

    Thanks, I am planing on creating a top navigation bar to bring the navigation out.

    Thanks on the pointer, on the conditional comments within html.

    They will save me some javascript .
