Ok, well, my friend needs help with dreamweaver, how can he insert an iframe into his site using dreamweaver? Could you make it clear and easy to understand if you know how to do this?
Just realized this should be somewhere else...

Dreamweaver doesn't have a button or feature that will add an iframe. To add an iframe, you'll need to add the iframe tag manually, where you want the iframe to appear. Here are the different attributes the iframe tag can have.
When adding an iframe, be sure to use the "name" attribute to give your iframe a name, and then "target" the links you want to open up in the iframe instead of the main window.
DreamWeaver doesnot but Frontpage does, you can find this button feature in Frontpage
