It's a website I'm working on for a client. It's not quite finished yet, but let me know what you think about the design. I know the "discounts" page isn't working, I'm waiting on some content for now.

I would punch up the copy. Replace the stock photograph with a before and after. Perhaps add a map.

Explain the reason why you are the choice of car dealerships, develop the client story.

Sign up for the "car wash newsletter"? Find a reason for someone to want to get the newsletter.

All in all it's a fair brochureware site. Looks good. But you need to develop a purpose for the site, beyond "to have a site." Some therapy for getting over the copy phobia might help to make the text more effective.

In contrast there is CarWashGuys.com -- rather than bury the fact on the About Us page, they realized they should turn it into their Unique Selling Proposition with The Car Dealership Wash Guys. Rather than being phobic about polluting the pretty layout with too much text, they found something to say about the business.

looks a little flat - try changing the body background colour to contrast more with the contents - or vice versa

seems well laid out though - easy to use

Over all I think it's pretty decent. I would lose the video though. I have broadband and tried to play it and waited at least 30 seconds and it still didn't play, so I went elsewhere on the site like most people would.

There are some things you could do with the car wash photo (on the home page) to make it not look so plain and "newbie" like. Fade the edges and blend it with another one or something like that. There is a huge contrast between the top photo, which looks sweet, and the car wash photo, which looks cheap. So I would do something with that.

Your code looks neat and organized and I like the site, as it is easy to navigate and self explanitory. Good Job!
