I'll come back to to a complete review, but I have to tell you that your blog design is broken (Firefox 2.0.0.12, XP SP2).

I am in Firefox 2, SP2 at the moment and it is working perfectly. What is your screen resolution?

Very nice looking site but no selling point whatsoever in the content, to be honest. You do talk about semantic XHTML and whatever all the time which is cool for us dev heads who know a thing or two, but who honestly is going to know or care what you're talking about as far as clients are concerned? They just want a web site and won't know the difference one way or another between HTML and C++, as obvious as the difference is to us...

So as nice as the site looks, it needs more in the way of content. You mentioned you're a new company, but I'm sure you have something more than one site to put in your portfolio. And if not, you should make something whether its paid or not. I'm not suggesting unpaid client work - never - but a case study or something until you get that next contract.
