    Johnybea;
    Hello, I just subscribed to this forum and looking around found your request(s).
    I have been designing sites now for about 7 years and so hope you don't take my 'criticisms' to hard. Truly these are meant for your edification and promping on to further study.
    1. The first thing I noticed is the horizontal scroll bar in my browser - a definite no-no for a website. You'd probably want to look into making a typical window sized site or use a liquid center layout that would correct itself for different browser resolutions.
    2. A tip to remember is 'Just because you can put something on a site, doesn't necessarily mean you should'! Why have the flash header? It does become a distraction. And you already have the ESI 'label' here!
    3. Concerning accessibility: tables and frames are not the best way to go. Consider how the site might be 'seen' with a screen reader!! And today's sites should be designed with the content and formatting separate. You might gain some use from sitepoint.com - a good site full of valuable information.
    I guess most of this has been general in nature. But check out the site quoted!
    We should all be forever learning!

    Thanks for taking the time to look at my site. I appreciate your suggestions, took a look at your stuff, thought I'd let you know you have a lot of dead links that don't function on some pages and do on others, check it out. Thanks again.
