    Hello all!

I just finished doing a re-design of my portfolio site. I would like to get everybody's opinion on it. Constructive criticism only, please.

And one other thing -- I've been doing this web design thing for over 10 years now. So I ask that you please don't treat me like I'm some n00b, because I'm not.

    Thanks.

I like it, but I haven't decided if it is amazingly simple or simply amazing...

I'll get back to you on that!

    Yes,

The first thing I think when I look at a site is "would I use this person?" and I think I probably would.

The blue bar works well to negate the very narrow central content which I think may be too narrow now - with probably only 4-5% of web users on browsers less than 1024px wide I think you could "risk" something around 980px rather than the 800x600 optimised settings.

Don't quite understand the PMS humour in the t-shirt, but that's not a design concept so won't dwell on it.

I really like it, I like the lightbox, the only thing I would say is your text looks a little small and the welcome in blue on a blue background may make some text hard to read.

I like the site. The one thing I would do is add a splash of another color somewhere. Not much. Maybe red or green very sparingly.

I like it, it is simple but POWERFUL.

    Just two things:
    1. the welcome heading on the blue background up near the top - it is hard to read
    2. the text overall is a little too small for me to read
But a great job. well done

There is something which I don't get. You have been in web design for 10 years but there are no links to any real world work. All you have given is 'previews'. Before I read your opening post I thought you were a student with no real world experience.

The design is nice. I just feel that your portfolio could do with some real world work.
