There is nothing that says your numbers can't decline. Markets get saturated. Tastes shift.

One thing is the site looks as though it has been sitting on its past success. It looks dated, and the layout hardly shows off the product properly (visual merchandising.)

My suggestion is a redesign based around converting traffic, not gaming search engines. Study leading competitors, and apply what you learn.

Well my first impression after looking around for about 1 1/2 minutes, is that you only sell band t shirts. Then after that I see you do other things too. So that might be a problem. Mix it up a little bit. When possible, change on a site is good. When people return to your site time after time, it gets boring if everything lokks the same. I don't know if that applies to you, but it's worth mentioning. If band t shirts are your mainstay, then I would expect a drop in interest as that seems to be a fluctuating market. The music industry has been rather stale the last couple of years. Same old crap.
Also the t shirt browser that is fixed on the side is rather annoying. If your mouse happens to hover on it, the menus take up the whole page. I would redo the whole navigation system. There are too many links on the home page.

The guy above is right. It looks dated, like it was designed back in 1996. I'd spend some time redesigning it to a fresher look, you'll be surprised by how much the web design can impact you sales, even if your selling products like t-shirts! The fresher and more professional the design, the more sales you'll get.

There's a t-shirt example (and more) in my article Visual Merchandising And Web Site Catalog Copy

Loads of resources at the bottom, and there are other pages on the site you may be interested in. Unfortunately, while there's an actual term "visual merchandising" offline, I'm one of very few with anything like a methodology online.

Seemed dated to me and had slow load times.

I agree with the pointe made above and look forward to your redesign.
