hey man, been a while since i was last about.

I would suggest using the title tag to better effect, try not to spam but you could certainly add more keyword specific titles (different specific tiles for each page), also using <h1>, <h2>, etc will help with seo

adding in more content with keywords will be the major boost.... "keyword are kings"... heard that somewhere and it does make sence.

    take it easy

1 Have a different title tag and meta description tag for each page. Put keywords into title tag - target different keywords for each page.
2 Use <h1> tag to give your main heading on each page - put keywords into this heading
Use <h2> (and maybe <h3>... <h6>) tags for other headings - again work keywords into headings.
3 Write some content for the home page - and for any other pages you want to show up in serps - that contains your keywords. Aim for 2-4 paras per page.
4 Add Alt text to menu items with some keywords sprinkled in them.
Don't overdo the keywords - they should be "sprinkled" through the headings and content and alt text in a natural way to avoid being penalised for spamming.
