There's a typo. You used the term UI as in user interface design. I believe the term you want is graphic design or interface decoration.

First, the site is not very informative. Replace the portfolio with case histories, either explaining the user reaction hoped for or better yet the result of actual user testing.

First rule of UI design: There are no UIs without users. Fond ideas about "the user" as an abstract notion notwithstanding. UIs result for actual, observed, user interaction.

If you have comments like "brilliant," then get a full testimonial, with full name, not disembodied remarks from nameless people who might not even be clients ...or users. What do clients say?

What does "Well researched and analysed" mean? Show a user test lab with a test underway. Show your methodology. Give examples of persona design and wirframes and workflows, not reflecty logos.

Show the "before" with metrics on use (conversions, task analysis, etc) then the "after" with improved metrics.

The site is evidence that you can produce a trendy, attractive, website ...without knowing a single thing about UI design. The most shallow of superficiality is not UI design (contrary to popular opinion.)

Related: Web 2.0 Can Be Dangerous... No two people seem to agree on what Web 2.0 is, unless it's the common thread users are an abstraction and Web 2.0 is usable by default.

It's good work!! I can't see any tribble. But I like to make a functional review more.
