Interesting layout. Barely fits on my 1024X768 res that I have on my laptop, so I'm sure it won't fit on a 800x600 res. Can't comment much on the content cause it's not in english, but I didn't see a link to get back to the homepage after you click other links on the site.
Graphics look cool, nice job.

Very interesting... your graphics are in english while your content is.. not.... ? Any case, looks okay - aside from the fact that it does not fit in 800x600 and leaves very little room for content.

interesting to see Cyrillic(?) and Latin characters mixed up like that :-P I love seeing that... also chinese (or japanese or any other non-latin) + latin... it's a cool look

Your link section of the site is nice. It has a few sites I've never looked at before. Thank you for organizing like that.
The design is nice and we don't care whether it fits on 800X600 or not. In reality you won't show this site to the world because it does not interest most people.
I like your experimentations with 3d in photoshop. I should get around to doing that too some time.
YES!! If you translate the site into english and contact web design companies here in the US, you may have a chance to get a job.
