    How do you get your image at the very top of the browser window (kind of like wdf does )?

    I'm working mainly from the design window of dreamweaver and I never have a chance to get that cursor snug up against the top of the browser window, but even looking at the code I don't see anything there that could have put me down a notch.

    Is this some kind of sneaky java-ssi-xml-pcp kind of technique?

    Code:
    <body bgcolor="#EEEEEE" text="#000000" id="all" leftmargin="10" topmargin="0"
    marginwidth="10" marginheight="0" link="#000000" vlink="#000000" alink="#FF0000">

    Technically you're supposed to use this now (and WDF for vB3 does):
    Code:
    <body style="margin:0px">

    How are you supposed to specify whether you want the top or left margin to be zero?
