I too am not convinced. I think maybe a white background on the page would be better. I feel this would also make a better contrast to the header colors thus improving its' appearance. The logo is OK. You might use it for a favicon as well. Your header could use some graphics as it is pretty plain. I get below the fold and it looks pretty good. The footer is OK but I am not sure what the Orange is all about. Please explain. Your link mouse overs are all well done. Good luck and have fun!

I quite like the whole thing. There is just one thing that really really puts off the site.
Those multi-coloured social networking icons. I really don't like them. They don't fit in with the colour scheme at all. I would put them in the footer. Or if they have to be where they are now, make them sort of opaque so they are all the same colour. So they sort of look like their original colour has been smoked out. Whatever way you do it get rid of the multicolours.
Apart from that really good design I think.

Nice, very nice. I like the colors and the layout. The orange/brown thing works and the orange (fruit) splashing into the chocolate on the bottom ties it together nice.

My only suggestion is that the font choices are quite dull. Did you experiment with anything else?

Your color scheme is very well turned, to my mind! I appreciate the combination of yellow and grey!

Oh, you might want to preload the rollovers too.

you chose fine colors . layout is also good but social networking icons are big and its placement is not good. you want to use these icons at sidebar.

    I dislike 3 things:

    1. the colors (I like the idea of mixing brown and orange, but the orange is a little off where it should be, and that taupe color isn't working with them at all. Try http://kuler.adobe.com to get some color combo ideas.)
    2. the title font (seriously? times new roman?)
    3. the logo (it's not terrible, but it can be improved)
