Well if you want honest feedback, I don't really like it. The font sizes are too big and the blue lines in the bottom right overlap the text at 1024x768 (my res). I'm guessing what you're using is a single repeating background that would be better served if it were split up into four pieces (top, left, right, bottom) and used as four separate backgrounds.)

You also alternate between Verdana and Arial on your site. Pick one and stick with it. Makes life easier that way.

I agree with what TheGame said, and have some thoughts of my own (surprising!):

The banner at the top looks choppy, not in a good way. Also, I think it would look better if the banner was connected to the rest of the site, and the tabs were on top of the banner.

The gray images that are on the left and right side of the banner make the banner look off-centered. On the right side, the gray image goes all the way to the end of the design, but on the left, the gray image is inverted, and there's some white space.

    And finally, preload your mouseovers!

    Thanks for the tips guys:classic:

I have been aware of the res problems and i am currently sorting them out as well as making a new banner that has a slight bit of flash on it nothing to distracting though

I like the overall layout...it's clean and simple. Agree with what theGame said about the fonts...better to keep everything uniform. I like the icons you made for the hosting plans...very nice. The flash in the middle is a bit ditracting...but not too bad. Good job!

Very peculiar. I don't see any flash or animation on this page. I attached a screenshot of what I see, is this what you see?
